Oh don't worry it's a good sore... :) I guess if my pee starts looking more like coke I'll go to the ER. Getting out of bed is usually hard for me anyway! LOL

Did yesterdays wod. Subbed 85# for the 95# (glad I did) and halfway through the second round of GHD sit ups I was only going parallel to ground since those just wear my back out to the point of throwing it out. Time was 29:45. I have to make a comment here. I'm just a wanna be bad ass. Tessa is the real deal in capital letters. Noticed she did it as rx'd. I don't think in fact I'm almost positive I couldn't have done rxd on that many thrusters. Knew beforehand I couldn't do rxd on GHD sit ups. So like I said Tessa is the real deal. I'm a wanna-be!
On a positive note I got my partner here at the station CFing and one of the other guys joined in. They are both triatheletes and I pretty much crushed them despite the fact they did DB thrusters with two 20# DBs and subbed jumping pull ups or half/one quarter ROM pull ups. Yeah I'm bragging. :) So this stuff works.
Oh yeah, like Tessa I almost met Pukie. From thrusters in round 2 on it was a battle not to lose my lunch. Sorry for the long post. Guess I had to make up for lack of posting last couple weeks.

By the way I like the way the page/blog is turning out. Pretty cool! Good job to whoever is doing it all.
