Lumberjack CrossFit lost 4 soldiers and had 11 wounded in the Nov 5th shootings at Fort Hood. On Saturday Dec 5th, we have a chance to show our support for them by doing the "Lumberjack 20." Please join us this Saturday to help raise money for the victims families. We'll be asking for a $5 or more donation which you can make online by clicking here: Project LumberJack.

For: You and your spouse or a guest. (We are planning on having a BBQ in the summer with kids)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. There will be 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

If you haven't done this wod before, come on in and we will explain how it works. It's fun and a favorite wod of many!
