Saturday there is a Basic Movements class for all new clients. This class is for new clients that have paid and signed up to be a member of the gym. If you are coming in to try out the gym for the first time, there is a group wod you can come try at 0900. See you all there!

Jenn killed it today. Phill went heavy and Jim and Cara really did well. Cara learned how to do a push jerk in about five minutes and her mechanics were awesome. I know everyone is sore. So remember recovery. If you need to take a day off. You need your rest for sure.

Workouts like today are such a love and hate relationship. You hate the workout while you are doing it, but after your done you love that you finished a WOD that pushes you to your breaking point.
Thanks Jason and everybody else at the 5:00pm class for pushing me though today's WOD.
