50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
~All workouts are scaled to each individual's skill level~

Yeah Jen, It was so fun having you back this am. Maybe your time off will allow me to beat you for once, haha. This wod was so hard. The burpee's and the K2E were the worst of the bunch, but I survived with a time of 27:12.
This was a tough one. I actually ended up heaving on my way home. Had there been anything in my stomach, the road would have been the recipient.

I am really so proud of everyone today. The hard work and effort that everyone put in was truly impressive. This WOD is very difficult not only physically but mentally taxing. But everyone showed what they are made of today. True Crossfitters.
I can't wait for the class tonight.
Will is gonna come with me tonight. :) I am excited about that but not the WOD. lol
Filthy Fifty has got to be one of the hardest wod's I have done... HOLY COW!!!! It was my first time doing it and all I have to say is WOW!!! My time was 34:59.. Everyone did so good tonight.. Way to go..
This kicked my butt. My time was 33:58. I took 12 minutes and 22 seconds off my last time. I am so happy Will came with me to the gym tonight.
Yep, it was as bad as I thought it would be, but I loved every minute of it. Thanks Jason for pushing me.
