This was a fun one today. I think the HSPUs should be done for time. Timing everything makes it better.
Going to the store. . . .for time.
Visiting the in-laws. . . .for time.
Driving to work. . .for time.

Thanks Erick for the great training and coaching which kept me in good form while doing the squats.

Heavy lift days are hard for me because i have a hard time pushing myself when it comes to heavy weight. I was very happy today to back squat 135. I keep telling myself I couldn't do it, and with much encouragement from Dave and Erick I did it. I was so happy. Last time my max was 105.
