I was able to do this workout Rx without a problem with my back. Gotta love the attention of the trainers at CrossFit. You all ROCK!

Loved the WOD today, but those hand-stand push ups kick my butt. I got then all though and I don't think I have ever done that many HSPU in a single WOD before. Thanks for everybody at the 7:30am class that was cheering me on.

That is an awesome PIC. Came in this afternoon and did the WOD at about 4:00 pm.

8:56 rx head to floor HSPU no kipping.

Diane: 9:33 115#DL and HSPU (against wall,head to abmat). She is a little nicer then Fran.

Great job everyone today...I saw some impressive times and weights on the board! Night crew better kick some butt.

I believe....you can do anything you put your mind to. Don't ever give up.

Today workout made my arms tired, dead, whatever you want to call it. Last time doing this in August did 95# DL and Box HSPU. Time 4:15. Cody had me do 135# DL and HSPU from box. Time 3:57. I took 18 seconds off time going up 40# in weight. Ya'hoo!

This wod made my lower back hurt.. When we did this last time like Mandy said was in August and I did 95# DL and box HSPU in 4:46.. This time I did 105# DL and Box HSPU in 3:43... Took off about a mintue and did ten more pounds then last time.. I was way happy about it..
