Man! I don't know if I am going to be able to make it at all tomorrow. I'm helping family move. I'll try and make it to the 6:00am session, but if not, I'll catch you all Wednesday.
Wade's WOD:
Move all the furniture and stuff in your parents house just you and one other person as fast as possible for time.
Actual: as rx'd 6 hours 42 minutes
I would rather have done "Front Squats 5-5-5-5-5".

Wade....that is a WOD! Phew! Jason and I are going to be doing that exact same thing this Saturday. Moving stinks!

Might look easy but it was not.
Then after practiced Double Unders. Will of course did higher weights and double unders.

The last time we did front squats I got up to 105... Tonight I got up to 120... I accomplished what I was aiming for and it was Awesome..
