Fridays wod was a good but hard one. Thanks Cody for pushing me. I didn't think I would do that good. Sometimes it is nice to have a small class like that. You get that extra push. My arms and back were pretty sore yesterday from it but today it's not that bad.
This WOD didn't disappoint. My arms were brutalized by the dips. Was a really fun morning.
I am so excited to come back tonight after the busiest week of my life. I was only able to work out twice. So I am gonna hit it hard this week. Well besides New Moon Thrusday! bwaa haa haa

I did the WOD today and I was cursing Erick and Dave while doing it. I heard they did it with 115 this morning so I had to try it too. In the middle of my second set we had some visitors in the gym so I talked to them and started back in the WOD.
time 32:42 I was so thrashed. That weight felt so heavy to me. Hope you all enjoy this one.

This wod was hard. Yikes, I got 20 min and something. Jason and I had to restart the clock after the first round. Those dang ring dips! Good wod.

Dead arms is all I got to say. I did this at 50# and of course did not do actual ring dips.(just from the floor) Time 11:38
I vote we dont do this one again any time soon. Except for you Dave, since you smoked it. Maybe next time you could put some weight on the bar, or do it twice in one day.....LOL!!!!
