Ohhh boy... This one's going to be "fun", in a miserable, painful way. I have such a "love/hate" relationship with CrossFit.

We had an awesome class this morning. The guys just really did awesome. They killed it. I taught Marc how to do one arm snatches and he was doing them spot on after about 10 reps.

I had to do one arm snatches today at work. I did 16 rounds. That is 6 reps per arm with a 40# dumbell. I did it with Alaina and Angela at work and they did awesome too. They both got 17 rounds. They kicked my butt.
