I got 100lb pretty reliably and am looking forward to upping the weight next time. Shoulders are trashed from keeping my shoulders active.

I'm with you on this one Nat. Love the OHS, just wish they didn't make me feel so weak. So much skill and concentration are required, they are truly beautiful. Oh geez, I'm getting verklempt.

I had to go to anytime fitness in Vegas to do this one! It was fun overhead squatting there! My weights were 105-125-145-155-155 and it really was tough on the last ones. I can't wait to be back there!
