This morning was actually really awesome, despite what I was feeling or said when I saw it posted on the board. I think we named this one the "sesaw" (sp?) In teams of two (Robbie and I) 3 rounds for time of: 200 M sprints x3 burpees x10 air squats x30 Time: 12:26 Each rep was alternating between partners; Robbie would run a 200 M sprint and then I would run a 200 M sprint x3 for a total of 600 M each round, then Robbie would do 1 burpee then I would do 1 burpee x10 each round, then Robbie would do a squat then I would do a squat x30 each round. We were haulin! Robbie is such a motivator; I'm glad we were on the same team! Everyone was calling our team name the "light weights" and said that we were gonna waste everyone, well to our suprise we did! Ha, love all ya'll who did the WOD with us today... just have to talk a little shmack! Anyhow, legs are feelin it for sure now! We'll see everyone Monday morning for sure! Have a good weekend. (I finally get to work tonight - floating to Peds but that's ok - WAHOO! MONEY - considering I haven't worked in almost a month!)
The WOD today was really good. The 3 rounds was really awsome, but Blakes wants you all to know that he could have done 5 rounds!!! Jason I checked out crossfit combavite, theres a lot of really cool stuff on there, it would be fun to see some workouts maybe geared that direction.

Mandy and Tessa, my wife is really pissed that you guys told me what ended up happeding with Bella, just so you know..... LOL
