I hope everyone makes it in for "Helen" tomorrow. Hopefully it will be good weather so we can run outside. See you at the gym!

I have a couple of questions.

1. How come pictures of me are all when I'm worn out n' wasted?
2. Have I just replaced Travis as 'Shorts Guy?'

See you at the gym!

Hahahaha! I think you replaced Travis for both those reasons!

Steve it is a great pic! It means you were working hard.
Todays WOD was a great WOD! I could taste the blood again. I hate that part. I tried doing the 35# kb but it was doing me. So I did the same weights and stuff I did last time. So I did 26# kbs and JPU Time: 15:47. In November I did it in 18:18. So I knocked off 3 minutes and 11 seconds. So its a PR for me.I feeling better and better with each one of my runs.
It was good to have a full gym this morning! All the new faces. We need it like that everyday! Will and Tessa and I did the work out together. They rocked it!

Quick post... I know I know you're not used to that. Did Helen as Rx'd for the first time, 14:56 or somethin like that. Slower than last time but at least as rx'd. Nice to see new faces like Mandy said! Mandy and Will did awesome!
Hey, is there a class tomorrow night? I need one, please, please!
Off to work the night shift! See ya!

Helen as rxd today. I've always liked Helen. Time of 11:59. Two seconds over my pr of 11:57. I got that pr at the station so I guess it probably isn't an "official" pr. My grip was shot by the last round. When I was finished with the first run I felt so good I thought for sure I would be down around 10 minutes. Obviously that changed pretty quick. :) I'm happy with the end result all the same. It was cool to have Tessa running outside with me, misery loves company. Good job on the pr Mandy and good job to Tessa for your first Helen as rxd.
Steve don't sweat the pics, you have the biggest tightest man boobs of all the guys! :)
