Having trouble registering?
We've gotten a couple of e-mail regarding people having trouble registering and paying for the event. If you try to enroll in the event, and the screen says :
"We're sorry, but a service can not be purchased online for this program."
try doing this... Look up at the tabs on the upper right. There is probably a tab that says "shopping cart (1 item)" Click on that tab and you will be taken to your shopping cart where you can checkout and make your purchase.

Can I substitute a sprint in place of the row? If so, do I need to change the distance to equal the 250 m row? I don't believe the rec center has a row machine.
Could this be one of those "looks easy on paper but leaves you flat on your back" WODs? CrossFit... always leaves you guessing.

Jenn, run 400 m on the treadmill instead (.24 m), or 250m (.12)

PR'd on my OHS. 195lbs 3 times. PR's are a great feeling.

Great effort by everyone today. Spencer got 6 min and change on the wod and Blake was 7 minutes. They smoked us all. The ladies did a great job too. Congrats Wade on your PR! Your OHS were solid.

In between work Christmas Party and the movie Avatar I was able to get in a quick work out at home. 10 Deadlifts 135#, 60 single jump ropes, 4 rounds. Time 8:36. With this stupid cold I got winded really bad on the first round. And plus we know I hate the jump rope lol ;) But it was a good work out and I am glad I was able to get something in.
