Although there is no time component for this WOD I feel there was some severe oxygen deprivation during it.
I believe I've read in all my muscle mags that it's against the code of the universe to work my chest and arms the same day. I'll be waiting to see if there earth explodes due to the laws of nature being tempted by such a workout.
It's already been snowing today, so I'm rather concerned.

This morning I opted for "literal" snow shoveling and tree shaking for my morning wod.

Wow...If we keep doing these kind of intense chest exercises I'm pretty sure I'm going to go up at least one cup size in the near future. I'm going to "feel it" tomorrow, I can tell you...
PS- It was fun to watch Heather and Lina tear it up, too. Great job, ladies. Very inspirational. :0)

I just have to say that I am so impressed with everyone that came in. You all did awesome, especially the women. I can't believe how many pull-ups everyone was doing. It is so cool to see people that could only do one or none and not they are doing ten plus pull-ups multiple times, and this is after doing max rep bench press. It is really a testament to the effectiveness of The Crossfit system. It was a lot of fun just watching it today.
