Ok, did we have the BEST time at the 5k race or what? I must admit, I gave myself diarrhea on Friday worrying about the run (just so you all know :O). Now I know I can do it, and I’m excited to try it again and do better. Everyone did awesome. CrossFit does prepare you for anything, and it helps you in so many other areas of your life. I’m grateful I can take part. I was excited to have my husband meet my CrossFit friends. I talk about how great you are all the time. He was very impressed with all of you – and with your socks! I’m pretty positive I won the best prize; the red vest is awesome! If any of you want to borrow it, just let me know. If you are up for another 5k on July 31st, please sign up for Cooper’s Run with me. Coop was my neighbor and buddy. His family would like to honor the many EMS responders that were there the day he passed, find new meaning for July 31st, and also fund a scholarship in his name to Learning Dynamics Preschool, so it is definitely for a good cause. Go to www.coopersrun.org to check it out. It would be a fun activity for kids too. Thanks again all of you. Lina
Thanks guys, sorry I missed everyone on Saturday. I had a wedding in SLC in the morning and I almost had time to pull off the 5K before I left but I couldn't find crazy enough socks to wear...
Lina -- I'd like to know who didn't have diarrhea before the 5K??? Great job everyone! I will be up for Cooper's run! I will have my daughter do it with me in Prague, since I will be visiting her there. The donation will still go to the foundation. What a great idea. Thanks for including us.

Congratulations, Kevin! She is a beautiful baby! It's never too early to start her in CrossFit.
Congratulations again Kevin. That is a great looking baby. We missed on Saturday, but you have a great excuse to stay home.
