This work out was brutaly. I was sore from doing Mr. Joshua the day before, then to do this one, my lower back was on fire. I hope I can at least roll out of bed in the morning....:) My time sucked, it was 29 min and change at the prescribed weight.

I really enjoyed todays wod. I tried lifting the 45# but my left shoulder and left wrist was not letting me do more then 10. So Cody put me at 15#. In a way it was easy but yet it was a great time to learn my form. But the hip extensions. uggghhhh! I thought my lower back was going to snap and the muscles in the back of my legs were going to pop. lol But I made it through all 7 rounds. I believe the time was 26:25 or 28:25. Tessa, Tessa, Tessa rocked like always. Her arms were hurting so bad but yet she pushed right through it. You still rock! Had alot of fun and once again learned alot. Thanks Cody! Plan on being there at the 9:30a.m. class tomorrow.

Was going to do this at the gym but stayed home to take care of a sick little girl.
Seven rounds of
65# shoulder press 21 reps
21 back extensions

Time 36:50

Didn't have the right weights to do 75# so it was 65 or 95. Probably a good thing I didn't have the choice of 75. 65# smoked my arms as it was.
