Well, Will decided to not show up this morning... I guess he was too scared... JK, sorry you had to work Will, I missed ya!!
So, The Filthy Nasty No Good Fifty:
Time: 36:06
My time was not as good as last time, but I did do everything as RX'd besides the KB this time. YAY!! I used a 26lb KB. So, this one really sucks. Phil, Blake, and Wendall really pushed it on this one, good job guys! My sister Alissa finally came in this AM after bugging her for months, but wasn't feelin it... her I.T. band has been really bothering her since her last triathalon. I hope she decides to come back! Thanks Nat for pushing us!

So, this one was kind of fun... I guess. I really pushed it and actually had to do knee pushups, I know... but I had to get through it. My goal was to not have to break up the pull ups, and I was successful! I had about 30 seconds left on rnd 16 and still had to do my squats... Dave was pushin me, and I don't think I have ever done squats so fast in my life!! Can you say burning legs?:) Thanks Dave. We'll see you guys tomorrow!

Tessa- yeah I was 10 minutes from the gym and got called for an overtime shift. I was already getting butterflies thinking about the filthy fifty. But don't worry I'm gonna make it up tomorrow.
Strong work on Cindy yesterday. Looks like I gotta step it up. Dang, give a guy a break would ya. Ease up some so I'm not always living in fear.
Tills- It's good to know that I can always count on you for some positive reinforcement.
Don't know what I'll do for the wod today. Probably have to make something up. Brought my rings and jumprope along with me but having a hard time finding anyplace to hang the darn things.

Everyone did so well today on the F.F. Everyone pushed hard and did not quit! Nice work everyone! Phil,Blake and Wendall got to experience the Filthy for their first time today. What did you think guys????
So you all inspired me and I did the F.F. today as well. = 24:19 PR
Rx. During the burpees I tried to remember why I do crossfit and why I keep telling everyone the Filthy Fifty is my favorite when it sucks so bad. I sat in the chair at the gym after the wod in a semi-coma. Man, I did not feel right after that wod.

Man that is a smoking fast time Natalie. Very impressive. Saving the Filthy for tomorrow so today I did the wod I think is scheduled for tomorrow, if we go by the main page.

95# thrusters 5 reps
95# Hang Powercleans 7 reps
95# Sumo DL High Pull 10 reps
5 rounds +5 thrusters +2 Hang power cleans

Tills is freaky strong to be pulling off 8 rounds of that. Remind me to never piss you off bro! Just like Tills my grip was SHOT by the end. I would have traded 2 toes for some chalk. Much respect to the people doing Fran as rx'd. I use 85# and thought I was ready for 95# but after this wod I'm not so sure. Thrusters were unbroken sets but man they were wearing me out!

Can we say "JELLY LEGS" I did what Will did. I got through the 1st 4 rounds using a 45# bar. Then when it came to the last 3 rounds I only use the 45# bar for the power cleans. And 15# for thrusters and Sumo DL high pull. So I did 7 rounds in 20 minutes. Thank goodness Cody pushed me hard. Thank you Cody! And Brooke, Kaleb, and Jenny did a sweet job. Made me have more butterflies in my stomach for tomorrow night.
