Legs feel like rocks t'day, soo sore! From last couple of days of WOD. I didn't notice how much yersterday (t'days VCF WOD) really humbles the legs, lots o' up down.
Sooo,...I ran a 5K t'day. Slower than I have in a while, but my legs were cryin' hard.
30:07....Yeah, just 5K. Not 10K, Will, this must seem like an eternity for running a 5K.

Dude, I'm feeling ya. Did the same wod yesterday. It hurts to walk up stairs let alone run. If I had to run a 5k today my time would be right next to yours. I am not looking forward to making up Filthy tonight. UGH!

Time- 34:??
Can't remember exactly. Just know two things. One-I was nowhere close to Natalies time, I can't even comprehend how she did it in the 24 minute range! WOW, crazy respect to Natalie. Two- I beat Tessa,,, barely,,, only a minute or so. I so own her!! ;)
Crummy thing is I was about 3-4 minutes slower than my PR. Mentally I just wasn't ready for the "Filthy" after two days of anticipation. I have to be honest and say there was a couple times I just wanted to quit. But seeing all the times on the board I knew that nobody else had quit, plus I didn't think I could handle seeing the disappoinment on Nats face if I tapped out. Even though I know she would have done a good job of not showing it. So thanks to everybody who did it before me that gutted it out. You folks motivated me to keep going. Man, what a grind!
Mandy did friggin awesome! Her form and ROM was great. I could see she was seriously hurting but just kept pumping out the reps. You were awesome babe. Made me proud! Yeah that's my woman!

OK, after about four hours of psyching myself out I finally did the filthy fifty. I don't know how Nat does it so fast I wasn't even close. 30:13. I have to really work on my metcons I guess. 24 minutes is an amazing time.

Worked with Tessa, Sergio, and Wendall today. All of them at different times. They all took advantage of some one on one time. I hope it was a benefit to them. They did awesome!

Big Whoohoo to Mandy and Will for getting through the Filthy Fifty today! Mandy, you were awesome. You did 50 reps of each, your form looked great throughout each movement and you pushed mentally and physically even though your legs were sooo sore! Nice work girl! It was fun to be there with you. Will- you made it look easy. You were still smiling through the burpees. Your form was great as usual. It was fun to help you guys suffer through that :)
Nice job everyone who did the F.F. this week...it's a good one.

Did Filthy "hell" Fifty
I did 50 reps of each. I used the 10# ball for wall balls. And 25# for push press. There was several times I thought I was not going to make it. Thought to myself maybe I will just do 25 of each. Nope I stuck to it and did 50 through the whole thing. My legs were killing from yesterdays work out(which was todays). So it killed to even use my legs. I am now in my bed not moving. I will not be wearing heels to my work conference tomorrow. lol Good thing I get to sit at a table all day. hee hee!
Will did great. (I think he always does:) Glad he has been pushing me to do this. I feel so good about myself. Natalie I was soooo happy to see you and that you pushed me through this work out! I wish you could be there more during the evenings. Sorry Brooke I did not do Filthy fifty with you last night. Next time? Phil you did great to! I feel bad for your legs also tomorrow. (Motrin helps lol) Tessa missed ya tonight!!
