I did AMRAMP 20 minutes 95# thruster, hang-power cleans, SDHP. Man that was a tough fatiguing WOD. I did 8 rounds 5 thrusters 10 hang-power cleans. I did it at the rec center. I like bumper plates much better.

Hopefully, the 2 k row will give everyone a little bit of a break on your legs. Although if you haven't done the 2 k row you will find out it really isn't a rest.

Well, I didn't get to posting yesterday, but with Jason in the AM I did:
AMRAP in 20 min
65# Thrusters, 5 reps
65# Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
65# SDLHP, 10 reps
Rounds: 6
This one really sucked. I was glad that Jason was there to push me. I was excited to do it as Rx'd for women! I had a couple seconds left on my 6th round and didn't think I was going to make it... needless to say, with a little jarring from Jason I pulled off my last two reps. My back is REALLY sore from those SDLHP. I didn't realize how much I was using my lower back muscles until this morning.
As for Will... well mister "I beat Tessa", if we would have been going head to head I can garuntee I would have pushed just a little harder and kicked your trash!! HAHA, I guess we'll have to do the F.F. again soon to see who really dominates! (my PR is 30:22) I love the trash talk just so you know... it makes life oh so fun! Especially because we both know we BOTH are all talk... we're really kind to each other in person!
I decided to take a rest day today... this week's been tough. Hopefully Cody will let me do the 2k row tomorrow:)

Supposed to be a rest day for me today. So no WOD. I did get called for overtime and the crew I'm with had to do their annual physical performance test so I did that. Similar to a WOD. Sadly they don't give us times cuz they say guys get to competitive and end up getting hurt. However the proctor did say I was 30 seconds faster then any time posted so far. So that's a good feeling.
Tessa- You crack me up. You remind me of my sister. She's ultra competitive and tough as nails too. It would appear that you smoked me on the AMRAP in 20 WOD. I was about half a round short of 6. AARRGGHH!! :) Yeah the trash talk is all in fun. I think friendly competition is good for everybody. I know it makes me push harder. And yes your F.F. PR is a little and I stress a little shorter than mine. Dang it!! You're so going down on the next WOD we do together. Down, down, down!
