So, I guess I'll be the first poster for the day... at work right now just waiting for time to pass... 3 more hours.
Well, I'll be bummed to miss this mornings WOD, I have 2 pretty good reasons why I won't be there...
1- I won't get to bed until 0700 this AM
2- Still WAAAAAAYY sore from the other day :0
Good luck everyone who does today's WOD, we'll have to do it again soon.
As for Jason's post the other day, I'll have to agree. I think all of us at Viking are AWESOME! We're like a little family... I love our gym! I'd say we have some pretty kick butt people! Cody... it's good to see you finally posting! See you all Monday night! :)
I'll be thinking of all of you at the gym at 0930 while I'm sleeping!

Was gonna do Angie today but no pull up bars hare at Station 1, but they do have a rower. So I think I'll do the 2k row.
Tessa- I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who is still sore as heck. Today has been the first day I could do an air squat without groaning and whining.
Cody- How's the legs feeling after the challenge wod? ;)
You guys/gals all kick butt. I'm glad I have the opportunity to be part of the family!

Today was a fun class. Jason, Cody and I jumped in on this one. We each drew 2 cards from a deck, Here is the wod we ended up with:
3 rounds
(10 reps of each, except the run)

Squat Cleans (65/45)
Run 100 m
Squat Cleans
Pull ups
Run 100 m
Box Jumps
Squat Cleans
Run 100 m

Unfortunatly, Diamonds got drawn three times...so lots of squat cleans! It was a good wod and a lot of fun. Nice work Travis!
Remember, if you are new or not sure if you want to do a "Team" wod, we adjust everything to your fitness level. You can also do a different wod that day. Not everyone will be doing the same wod. We just want everyone to have a great workout and have fun!

Today's WOD was a good one, Travis was the lone ranger with four trainers to deal with. The WOD had a few squat cleans which made it extra fun, I know I was laughing the whole time. Oh wait, that was cussing. Anyway, good job Travis, I'm sure we'll all be felling this one for a couple of days.

To answer your question will, my legs were just starting into the soreness of the challenge WOD, and then I did like a million squat cleans the next day. I wonder what tomorrow will bring. I'll be the one walking like an old man.
