"Angie"

For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Post time to comments.

Looking good Sergio!
Don't let this wod scare you. Remember everything
is scaled to your level. We have clients of all skill levels
at our gym, and a lot of people will scale this wod.
Tomorrow we will have a fun Group WOD. We hope
a lot of you can make it. Bring in a friend to show them
what Crossfit is all about. (And maybe to show off a little)

I just want to tell everyone what a great job they did on the burpee/med ball clean wod. Don't take the challenge results to heart. We are a new gym and you all did amazing on that wod. All your times were great (I think they should have posted them because we were between 10-15 minutes.) Woohoo! Viking Rules! You guys are the best. Have a great workout today. I will be thinking of you all while I am here at work at the hospital today. I WAAAAAY rather be at the gym.

This morning, worked w/ Cody on the Squat Cleans: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
135/155/185/195/205/225/245.
Thanx Cody for you pointers, they were helpful. T'morrow i'll try the 7 rnds of 10 burpies and 10 air squas. I'm told this is a very misleading WOD.

Well that blows! Losing is bad enough but getting spanked like that just sucks! Talking for my own wod score not anybody else.

Oh and I agree about posting all the times. I know from looking at the other sites the last couple days that not everybody was under 10 mins. Would have been nice for everybody to be able to compare.

Tills- It is 10 burpees and 10 med ball cleans (not air squats) big difference! It's the cleans that kill ya! Try it, you'll like it.:)
Will- I will post our gyms times this weekend in our blog, I am very proud! :)

P.S. We beat a lot of UV CF times :)

To be honest I really could care less if we beat anyone's times in the challenge. The challenge was there to motivate us to work hard and that is exactly what we did. I am very proud of the people that come to our gym. They work hard and never quite. That is all I care about. Our fitness is individual, but together were encourage each other to reach our goals. This is what is happening at our box. So great job everyone.

Great job today Phil, Blake, and Chad. They all did Angie today and kicked butt. Blake, make sure Phil gets some rest before he comes back. I hope everyone was resting today so you can come tomorrow and kick butt on the super Saturday WOD of fun.

On a sad note, I finally did the Challenge WOD today, and it wasn't pretty. I did it in 13:02, that's what happens when you slack off.

See you in the morning

Jason- Thanks for putting things back into the right perspective for me with your comment. I know I worked my guts out and in the end that's all that really matters. I can get a little over competitive so it was really chapping my hiney when I was comparing my time to others. Thanks again!
Between the part time jobs I didn't get time to hit a wod today which didn't hurt my feelings to bad since my legs are sooo sore. Feels like I did walking lunges for a mile. :) Will make up Angie at the station tomorrow.
Everybody have fun at the group wod tomorrow. After looking at what the trainers have planned I'm guessing you'll have to keep telling yourself "It doesn't have to be fun to be fun!" ;)
