REST DAY
Have a great rest day everyone, you all deserve it after
last week. Great job to all those who did the "Filthy
Fifty" last week. Everyone got PR's!
This is what we all learned last week:
1) The Filthy Fifty still sucks
2) Will hates to lose...(to a certain someone we won't mention)
3) You CANNOT have the person subbing in for you on the soccer
field at the same time you are going in! :)
4) You CANNOT slide to get the ball during the game. :)
5) Viking Crossfit rules!

The soccer game was a blast! Nice work everyone- you looked strong and we held them the whole time! Stupid penalties...we should of won. We have some awesome athletes at our gym! Have a great rest day!
P.S. Zoom in on this pic of Travis...haha. If Travis comments we will know if he reads the blog! He hasn't posted recently...
It has definitely been a hard week. The soccer game was fun but it was even more fun just to hang out with some of the guys/gals at Coldstone afterwards.
As far as number 2 on your list,,, All I can say is some losses eat at you more than others. That one is still gnawing at my guts. It probably won't go away until the rematch and then it will either be all better or even worse depending on the results obviously. :) ;)
As far as the pic of Travis. I'm sure it's a flattering picture! Yeah right. :) Natalie has a talent for getting us guys at our most handsome moments.

Yea we lost but that was fun. My favorite part was when Cody tried to tackle the ball. That was awesome. Seriously, people at our gym crack me up. The fact that none of us have ever played and that we are all ten or 15 years older than the other teams doesn't stop us from staying with these other teams.
I am predicting some wins in the coming weeks.
