Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups


Travis, at least there's not any burpees in today's wod.
We know how you love those!

Ok I just read some of the last comments posted on Fran day. Will, you're such a great guy...JUSTIN make sure you read his post from Tuesday! And thanks for the nice compliment about the gym. :) Our gym and our clients are AWESOME! You guys are the best!

Well,tonight I did Fran. I'm a little behind. I was sick to my stomach all day thinking about it! Last time my time was 6:20 as rx'd. However that time I used the weight holder things so I didn't have to clean the weight up. Tonight my time was 7:05 as rx'd and I cleaned the weights up. I seriously thought I was going to DIE! Thanks Will, Mandy, Brooke, and Jason for yellin, screamin, and tellin me I could do it. The weight felt like it was over 300 pounds and I didn't know why. I kept saying "I can't do this, I can't do this" and everyone just kept cheering me on! Thank you so much. Our gym is awesome! :)
Well, I think Jason and Will talked me in to doing the Wasatch Back. First I'm going to have to talk to the hubby to make sure we can work it in the agenda, but for now it sounds like I'm going to do it.
Hey, speaking of which, like Will mentioned on a previous day about doing endurance training... I need that! Will, I'll do it with you. I need all the help I can get with running and endurance!
Well, Jason did "Nasty girls" tonight after I did Fran and did a smokin job. It's so fun to watch him do WOD's cause he seriously is such an inspiration! Plus it's fun to take our turn yelling in HIS ear! Great job!
Well, you all know it, but I LOVE CROSSFIT... and vampires! hehe...I have a feeling Mandy and Nat are with me on that one ;)

Did todays wod as rx'd and the GHD sit ups pretty much sucked. Got 5 rounds plus 15 pull ups. The last two rounds of GHD situps I only went to parallel to the ground instead of all the way down, I could feel a back strain coming on if I tried going any lower.:)
Mandy, Brooke and Tessa did awesome on their WODs. Like Tessa said we watched Jason afterwards. It's cool to see the trainers doing the same wods we'll be doing. It's always good to see somebody walk the walk in addition to talking the talk. To know they know how it feels to be dying! :)
Tessa- I'll let you know when I start the Endurance wods. Looks to me like it's pretty much speed work. Done lots of that and I'm gonna warn you,,,,, it pretty much sucks! OH YEAH BABY!!!
