Angie killed me yesterday, it almost effected my ability to dominate at Call of Duty. I already have butterflies about todays WOD, but Im glad theres a 6PM class tonight, so I can come after work. See you guys at 6!!!

Same as last time for me, I was totally still smoked from yesterday. My arms are burnin and now I'm even more sore. We'll see how the performance level suffers tomorrow due to the soreness... then Thursday... rest day for me for sure!

Did todays wod and ended up with the same number of rounds as I got last time. Got interrupted by the phone and then collars came off twice during my ugly SDHP and the plate slid off the left side twice. Yeah, it doesn't always come up quite straight. :) So had to spend time getting them back on and then finding new collars after the second time. MAYBE would have gotten one more round without all that but then again who knows.
Oh well, every day can't be a PR day. I will say this is a hard wod for me. Only weighing 155 lbs makes that 95# feel pretty heavy.
Don't get down on yourself Mandy. From what you told me you did pretty good. You're doing far better than you were 6 months ago. I'm proud of you for sticking with it!
Thanks Everyone! I was just being a baby. I thought I was doing higher weights then I was. Tessa and Blake did great to. I was trying to keep up to them and it killed me. There is always next time. My body kills. And it does not help that I have been painting my kitchen, living room, hall, and cabinets all day. That is a workout in itself. lol Looking forward to the morning. I also love the dog tag idea. Good thinking "mud". And I agree with Tessa, everyone start coming again!!!! We are having a blast. Oh yeah, I have a interview with star bucks tomorrow at 5:30p.m. Its something until I can get a better job. (like with Natalie and Tessa, or UVU) Last thing and I will close my book.... I have to admit Cody saying I had perfect form made me feel really good. Woo-hoo! Because that is the one thing I really try to focus on. Thanks Cody! And thanks Will and Tessa for your comments!
