outside the gym. We have a great group of people
at the gym that share their pain together,
encourage and support each other, and
also really enjoy each others company.
We have a great Crossfit Family!

I loved how the girls were into the UFC fights just as much as the guys! I unfortunatly did not see much of the fights, I was too busy chatting and laughing in the kitchen. Good times. See some of you at the gym in the am.

O000hhhh..Angie...a good end-of-the-year, arm killin,leg burning, hurts my abs to laugh, bloody palms, wod. GOOD TIMES.

forgot to start timer, but around 27-28 min.

Dang Tills, what's with the double wods? You trying to get in shape for when the zombies attack or what?
Angie today as rxd. Time of 22:14. Last time I did Angie I had a time of 26 something. Just looked it up you would think I could remember two minutes later. I'd be willing to bet my next paycheck that I'm gonna be serious sore tomorrow. Good job to everybody that was hitting the wods this morning.

Yeah, pretty sure my arms are killin. Suprisingly my legs aren't feelin it too much, they sure were right after though. They were spasming so bad I couldn't even walk! Those pushups, I tell ya. It's pretty discouraging when you can only do 2 at a time, but hey I didn't do any girly pushups:) And don't fret, I didn't "hold my butt" either on the situps (Will and Nat)...he he! Also, good news, my hands didn't rip (amazingly)! YAY!
Oh my Natalie... I tried callin you after that text (you know what I'm talkin about) you pretty much had me rollin on the floor. Right after that Mandy and I both had to call each other and we were laughing our butts off... Note to all of you out there, don't talk about Natalie while she's doing a WOD thinking she can't hear you, because SHE CAN! LOL!
Well, this page doesn't say what time a trainer will be there in the AM, but I'm assuming there is one at 0930.?! We'll see you then!
PS, everyone did AWESOME this AM! We rock:)

I don't like "Angie" either. I did mine in 29:53. I did jumping pullups(thought my arms and legs were going to fall off) and did push ups on knees("Girlee" pushups as Tessa calls them ;)) My arms did not feel like they were there anymore. And then I did not use the abmat because I wanted to leave it there for the people that were doing it rx. So I paid for it in my hips.(Dave says it was because my hips were doing more then my abs) It killed so bad there everytime I went to do a squat. But it seems to be fine now. "I am "Smokey" tough.
Oh my heck Natalie (aka "Bunny") your text killed me. It came out of no where. You were suppose to be working out not listening. lol lol I was dieing. Like Tessa said we had to call each other right away. We are jelous because we want to be like you. ;) I will bring you the movie too!
Tessa I heard them in the gym saying there was a 9:30 class. Cya

Awesome work today on "Angie" everyone! You all were killin' it this am when Jason and I got there. You were all inspiring and had me all pumped up when I started my wod. Yah, I pretty much hate Angie. But did it as RX finally and only got 2 bloody blisters. Thanks everyone for cheering me on!
