Thanks to all for the party, it was so nice to see so many of you there. So much good stuff! The gift of the hopper deck is so great, and will come in handy. We have a great CrossFit family here, I will miss everyone so much.
Both trainers and clients have inspired and taught me, and I greatful to know you. I also got tons of inspiration from all of the LEO, military and firefighters here, you are examples of great service to the community. I hope I can follow your lead. Thank You.

The party for Steve was a great idea! We're gonna miss you Steve. There's no doubt in my mind that you'll do awesome. Gonna miss hearing " This is where the good #*$& happens!" :) Good luck brother. Just remember while you're in boot camp that eighty percent of it is mental. The key is to let everything go in one ear, keep the good stuff in there and let all the crap go right on out the other ear. Lots of guys strive to be the "grey man". The guy the Drill Instructors don't even know is there. That works but I always wanted to be the guy that stood out cuz I was excelling. I get the feeling that you aren't a blend in with the average type of guy. :)
Well, I'm going to have to agree with everyone's posts lately! Last nights PAR-TAY was awesome! Steve, you are going to be missed! Didn't get to posting yesterday... Did FGB with everyone: Total: 217 (PR by 5) Day before that (Friday) did the back squats... 120/130/130/135/135 Well, everyone is awesome, and I'm going to have to agree with Steve, we have a great Crossfit Fam! I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm stoked to eat more non-Zone friendly food for New Years!! hehe! aLrighty then, we'll see hopefully most of you in the AM! :) PS, great job at the game everyone... we kicked butt!
Thanks everyone for coming to the party last night, what a fun time! Will, I've been eating your salsa all day, it's muy bueno! :) I wish I had a piece of Jeff's key lime pie right now...yum! It was so fun to get everyone together outside the gym and see everyone in real clothes! We found out that Tessa has longer hair then we thought, (she didn't have it in a ponytail), Mandy has cool Twilight earrings, Steve doesn't always yell (jk), and Travis doesn't always strut around in shorties. :) (He probably does at home though) Good times. We will do it again soon! Also, great job everyone at the soccer game last night, it sounds like it was fun. I'm playing for sure next game. Steve we will miss you! Go show 'em how it's done in bootcamp!
