Group WOD

Last soccer game today at 6:55 pm. Be there!
Let's go celebrate our victory after the game with a very Non-Zone friendly treat! We deserve it after how hard we have played this season. What a fun experience. Let's think of something else we can all do together. Post your ideas.

Rockey- We're happy to have Ryan and Kyle coming in again.
MUD- That is too funny! It's like when I am at Costco picking up a 24pack of water and making sure I'm in the deadlift position and have correct form when bending to pick it up! Functional movements...Oh Yeah!!!!!

Holy Crap! I haven't been in the gym in about a month and I'm taking all 4 kids to the soccer game tonight by myself. I'm so excited to see all the new faces I've been reading about and seeing my numbers go down from lack of practice and then back up again from kicking butt at the gym! I've missed CrossFit!

Well, we did Tabata This this AM. We had a TON of people there! A lot of energy from everyone...
This is how the Tabata turned out:
8 rnds (20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest)
Jumping pull ups
KB swings (24 or 26 lbs - can't remember)
Knees to elbows
OH squats (sand PVC - both 15 lb bars were being used, darn)
Total: 341
I was able to team up with Robbie. He did awesome, he was a great motivator - something I definitely needed today!
Well, Mandy we missed you, hope cheer went well. Same with the usuals, Will, Mud, Brooke, Justin, Kaleb, and Jenny. Hope to see all ya'll soon!
I'm excited for our last game! A good non-Zone treat after sounds GREAT! My idea for our next "out of gym" get togethers should be soft ball. Something I'm not very good at but have always wanted to play! I think it would be fun! What do you think... ok this novel is closed!
Erick, we're way excited to have you training! Lookin forward to it!

Softball does sounds fun. Not so good at it either but that's the point right? How does the saying on the white board go? Something about "sucking less"? We could do another round of Soccer but maybe Volleyball? Not sure what's available...I always have loved basketball but I know that Dave dislikes it and maybe even hates it with a passion ;) ~ Jen

I thought all night Friday night of what wod to do for our Saturday class and decided the Tabata would be so fun... I was so sad I wasn't able to make it in this am to train, my little Kai was very sick. He's doing better now so I will be at the game for sure. Hope we have a lot of people there, I'm kind of sad it's our last game.
I think Volleyball or softball would be fun too. Do they have indoor volleyball leagues? :)
LET'S KICK SOME BUTT TONIGHT!

I am sooo sad I was not able to make it at either thing today. I really needed the workout. I have been feeling so good about myself lately. This has helped me so much in my confidence. I never would have thought when I started I would feel this good or even crave it. Friends are a big deal to me. And I have made so many new friends and I know that is another modivator for me because I look forward to seeing everyone plus the new faces. I am glad Will talked me into going. :) Missed everyone and I will be there Monday.
