Ok, not fair... I get a nasty face pic that makes me look like I have a double chin and Nat gets a SWEET one??? Who's posting the pics here? LOL! I think I would like a shirt... put me down for a MED! (cause they're women's sizes right?)

I'll take a medium mens but I'll be dissappointed if it doesn't make my abs look like Nats

I hear that the shirt does wonder for your abs. You just have to stand just right holding a barbell and BAM! Killer abs.

I did hang power cleans and got a PR of 200#. I increased by 15# since last time we did it huh last week I think. Then today I did Mr. Joshua, you all will be doing it soon. I could not do it rx, I was at work. I did 400 meter run 30 knees to elbows and 225# deadlift, five rounds. I don't know the time I just about died just trying to finish. Good luck on the cleans everyone.

Great job everyone last night in my class. They all worked their butts off. Also impressed with everyone's time in the morning class. GI jane is a really (fun?) WOD.

Jason it was January 9th that we did it last. I did a pr then on 90#. Today on the hang power cleans I did another pr of 95#. So here is what I did: 75, 85, 85, 90, 90, 95, 95. And I did warms ups with the PVC and 65#. Sweet!! Like always love heavy lifting days. Steve worked with me tons on form. It is a tricky movement. As Steve says so many movements take place in like a second. Thanks Steve for all your help. Will and Blake kicked butt to as always. They are fun to watch. Then Phil came in and kicked all of our butts. Go Phil!! (I will let Blake do the honors of posting how much Phill did)hee hee Great WOD today!

Mr Joshua:
400 m run
15x205# DL (rx is 250#)
15 GHD Sit ups+15 standard sit ups(rx is all GHD)
34:40

Got really dizzy during round three, took it too hard on the run and the deadlifts killed me. I think I'll be ok in a few weeks. =D

Awesome work by all at the gym today, good to see all the practicing paying off. Everyone made big strides in proper technique, and had PRs to show for it!

Impressive numbers on the board from this am's class! Good work. Consistency pays off. And like Steve said, sometimes it is just one little thing in your form that needs to be tweaked and it makes all the difference in your lift. Form, Form, Form!
Yah, I heard ya'll were doing impressions of me this morning. Very funny. I knew I would get crap for those pics. You are all soooo dead. Just wait to see what pics I post of all of you next..... ;)

Thanks for the nice comments though. :)

Hang power cleans. I always struggle with technique on these. Topped out at 155#. It was a little ugly but I got it. So a few lbs over body weight which makes me happy. Not sure what my previous pr was but I know it wasn't bodyweight. Seems like alot of my heavy days have been with Blake lately which is good. He's a good motivator. Strong work by Mandy, Blake and Phil. I think Phil was in the gym for 5 minutes and pounded out a 200# hang clean. Good seeing ya this morning Steve.

Nat(BUNNY)- Steve's Natalie impersonation was by far the best. He had just the right amount of "tushie pushie" on his ring pose!
Just to set the record straight, I did no posing whatsoever. I have to much respect for the trainers to indulge in such frivilous behavior!
Tills- Good to see you on the board again my man!

Well HPC's were good and Cody was a great motivator this morning. I got 165 for a PR and on 170 failed gloriously and had to bail out from under the weight. Looking forward to Mr. Joshua in the morning!!!!! 75 dead lifts are gonna be fun!!!!!

Natalie! It was not me. You know me. Actually I was sitting by the bar and thinking of a conversation you, me, and certain others were talking about several weeks ago. Any questions text me. I will remind you. hee hee!!

Well, what a posting day! I love all the comments and actully had to laugh out loud a few times... "tushie pushie"??? LOL. Nat you know I love ya and you know we all just want your hot bod! LOL...
For today I decided I better get going on my endurance shtuff so since I haven't done the 2k row for a while I decided to do that instead of the intervals. I'm soooo excited to be done with school in 2 weeks so I can add an endurance and a main WOD a couple days a week! So tonight, 2k Row 9:16 (PR) by 20 seconds. Not a whole lot shaved off but good enough. Had a hard time getting my rhythm down. I'll be excited to try it again... later! Thanks Dave for the input on the row though, it really made a huge difference. Thanks! Everyone was really strong at the gym tonight; and it sounded like you all had a pretty great morning class! Erick - hope to see you training some more nights! You add great enthusiasm. See ya'll tomorrow night! Mr. Joshua??? Yikes! Come get some!
Oh, thanks for the "Kool Aid" shirt... definitely won't be able to sport it like Nat, but I'm excited to wear it! LOL!
PS, hope Kai is ok and starts feeling better soon!
