Remember Crossfit is not about going as fast as you can. It's about performing as much work as you can, as fast as you can.

I love the look on Robbie's face...grrrr!
We won't be doing the affiliate challenge today, but we will plan on doing it next month. I don't think any of you will mind since they will be doing FRAN. We did it not too long ago and did not want to punish you all again so soon. (you're welcome). :)
Push hard today, this will be a good one. See some of you in the am.

Jason won't be in "all day" today. The schedule on the right is correct. :)

Teaching today so I dragged a couple of my bumper plates to the college. I was tempted to sub 135 for the 155 but as tight as my back is from yesterday I went with 115#. Yes I'm a wuss. Did ring dips like the main site listed rather than push ups. Ring dips are a bit of a weakness for me so I figured it would be good to do them. Anyways, time was 17:53. Working the day and the night class so back to teaching I go.

I ended up working an hour later then I was suppose to. So I did not make it in. So I guess today is my rest day. As far as tomorrow I have a day off work. So not sure if I am going to come in AM or PM. Play it by ear. I have a meeting at 10:00p.m. tonight. So it will depend on how late I am at that. See everyone tomorrow. p.s. I still would like to do this WOD.

This WOD is a lot HARDER then it looks. I was the only one at the night class... Jason gave me some great pointers. I ended up doing 75# Cleans and the Ring dips. Time; 23:17. Those ring dips took it out of me, HOLY MOLEY! I got to the point where I could only do 1 at a time. Well, I was shootin for a time less than 20 but obviously didn't get it. By the time I was on the 12 Ring dips... all I wanted to do was be able to finish. It's pretty sad when doing cleans is the rest of the WOD! I realized that I need to work on ring dips more :) Well, again thanks Jason for pushin me tonight. I can only imagine how boring it was to watch me only doing 1 ring dip at a time... YIKES!
Takin a rest day tomorrow so we'll see ya'll hopefully on Friday! Lata!
