Fast post because I have to get to work. And I still have not gotten ready. Did the WOD today! Loved it! I am grateful for the rest times. I look forward to it again so I can see if I can better my time. 37:17 Everyone did great on their times. And I apologize to the gal I met today that I cannot remember her name. But keep on coming. I testify that this works it has made a huge difference in my life all the way around :)

Went to the specialist today. Grade B or Grade 2 seperation of the shoulder. Can't remember which term he used. Either way it is a minor seperation. Basically tore some of the cartilage that ties the clavicle into the shoulder. Common injury in football players apparently. So 4 weeks of taking it easy on the arm, he said it could feel good in 2 weeks. Will probably be tender for quite awhile. I'm guessing I won't be doing Fran as rx'd again anytime soon. Hmm, is that really a bad thing? :)

Oh yeah, whoever said pain is never permanent was obviously not married to me when they said that! ;)

Great day at the gym today. Jason said the early am crew did great. Welcome David! We are glad to have you join our Crossfit family. You are going to have a great time as you get in the best shape of your life!

It's nice to see Jenny and Kaleb back! We missed you two. Also, it was nice to have Jenny's sis-in-lae (sorry, I didn't get to meet you and get your name) and Karilynne from Orem PD today too. Nice work.
And...Jami and Brian...my good friends, you both did awesome too! It was fun to have all you guys there today.

Phil, Blake, Robbie and Mandy also did amazing on Barbara. She is a tough one and you all came in and just cranked through it.

Will- I'm so glad your injury was relatively minor. Good news. Any major restrictions?

Ok- is anyone still sore from the overhead lunges and burpee wod? Yikes! That one worked me.

Our new blog is coming along nicely...it will be up soon!

Well today was my birthday!! I am an old 28 years now. Did Barbara as Rxd grey pullup assistance band and some knee pushups. Then after a huge Tucanos B-day meal, that was anything but Zonish, I did BIRTHDAY BURPEES! One for every year for time. Finished in 2:15, the goal is to do them every year on your birthday, but as the reps go up your time should DROP! Good way to measure long term progress.

See everyone in the AM!
