My hell does every main site wod have to include upper body stuff. Aargh! Freakin AARRGGH! Friggin shoulder, AARRGGH! Yah I'm whining!

Did todays WOD as Rx'd...19:45. It was harder/took longer than I expected. Definitely getting better at running. Still have along way to go to reach "FIRE BREATHER" status.Thanks to ALL of you for your support & encouragement!

Yeah, Darrell pretty much smoked this WOD! You're definitely a "fire breather" in my book! WOW! I did the same one, as rx'd (pretty excited about that) and my time was 33:11. Running, ring dips, pushups, HSPU, ALL are my weaknesses. I would definitely say this was my GOAT WOD! My arms felt like they were going to FALL OFF! However, I was really stoked cause Cody timed my 400 M each time and my last was the fastest I think I've EVER run a 400 in a WOD... it was 1:40! (my first 400 was 1:49, and the second we aren't sure what it was:) Yeah it's definitely beatable but I was very VERY very happy with that time. After doing those HSPU I would run all day! LOL. It sounds like everyone else did awesome today! Nice work!

GHD situps kill me. Push ups felt good on shoulder. Glad to be getting a little upper body work in. Would like to do this one healthy someday. Would play to some of my strengths. Mandy did awesome on hers. Her running is getting better all the time. Great job babe. Not to shabby on your time run times Tessa.
