With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute,
two pull-ups the second minute,
three pull-ups the third minute...
continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments

This wod is harder then it looks. Come get some!

Well, don't have too many good things to say about today... ended up getting 14 rounds plus 10. My arms felt ok but unfortunately after a long time of NOT ripping my palms ripped. I probably could have gone another round but I couldn't grip the bar cause both palms were thrashed. Open wounds... once again. I hope there aren't any pullups tomorrow cause I won't be able to do them! Robbie and Mandy did awesome! There were some pretty impressive numbers on the board from this morning! Nice work everyone:)

Don't let Tessa fool you, she was incredible. I could tell her hand hurt like hell, but she kept trying to bust out the pull ups. Solid work Tessa, take care of that hand.

Did the WOD of the day using the gray band. I did 7 rounds + 6 I believe. For some reason my arms said no more! They were thrashed from yesterday. So as they did each round I would do 3-4 on each round. Everyone did great today! Robbie, 100 miles. That is crazy!

Robbie...did you just run 100 miles??? Cool. Tell us about it and if triaing Crossfit made a difference. :) Thats awesome.
Nice work today everyone (and yesterday). Hope to see some of you in the am.

opps..I meant if training Crossfit, in addition to Crossfit Endurance helped prepare for the 100 miles.

100 miles Robbie! You a bad man! Since I didn't have any adult supervision (trainers) today I went ahead and did todays wod. Got 12 rounds plus 10 pull ups. Probably should have stopped at ten. The last two were a little rough on the shoulder as my grip started to go and my arms got fatigued I couldn't lower as controlled as I should have. Hope that makes sense. Shoulder feels a little tight now but not to bad. That's why i need adult supervision. So I don't do stupid things :)

I think that's about two rounds off my pr so I've definitely lost some strength. Now that I've posted three times I think I got everything. Nice job on the wods everybody. Where you at Rockey? Haven't seen you posting lately.

No sorry guys! That was the run he ran last year. He is going to do it again this year. You will have to get him to tell you about it. But he did say he just ran a 30 or 35 mile run a week ago. Crazy Crazy! I hate running. lol
