Tackle the Tower is this Saturday. If anyone is still interested let us know.

We know a couple of teams you could sign up with.
~A lot of you take a rest day on Thursday's. We have an 0600 class scheduled. Please post if you are interested in an 0930 class or a 6pm class tomorrow. ~

So I was pretty excited to go in today and do front squats. It's been a little over a month since we did sets of 5 last and my max was 120# so I was excited to see if I had gone up at all. Well... here's how it turned out!

Yahoo for PR's! I debated on trying 140 again cause I was only able to complete one, but with a little encouragement from Jason, Nat, and Robbie I tried it again and GOT IT! I was pretty freakin excited (and light headed)! Crossfit rocks! Robbie was putting up some impressive weights! Nice job!
My hands are recovering slowly, at least now I can wash my hands without them stinging like crazy! More pullups on Friday it sounds like... hopefully my hands will be ready :)

Strong work this am Tessa and Robbie! It also looks like Rockey, Sergio and Erick did awesome on their front squats too. Nothing like a good leg burn ehe? Phil was just getting started when I left on his wod...maybe he will post and tell us about it?????
See some of you tomorrow. We will have classes.
P.S. I did "Joshie" today...wow! It was a good one...loved it.?!

I have been lurking.

Despite some nasty post nasal drip that has given me a wicked sore throat i came in this morning and before anyone asks yes i cleaned all the equipment i used as to not spread any germs.

The workout was quite odd with me hitting a 50# PR of 195#x3 over my previous best of 145#. Now the odd part is that my back squat PR is 180#x3!!!!!!! Looks like monday i will be pushing the envelope and going for a new back squat PR. I am really enjoying mixing in CrossFit Strength Bias that was recently introduced in the journal and have been PRing all my lifts since starting it.
