Did the work out at home tonight with Will. (Well yesterdays) 65#, 95#(form, jumped to it to soon), 75#, 85#, 95#, 100#. At 100# focused on back and keeping elbows up. Good work out! Even took some pics. See everyone in the am! :)

Did yesterdays front squat wod. Got up to 10# over bodyweight don't think I've done that before. Could be remembering wrong though.
