Cindy today...
13 rounds + 5 pullups and 8 pushups
First time as rx'd (push ups are not my thing), pretty excited about that! :)
Jason helped me set a goal for this WOD, at least 12 rounds... well, I met my goal plus some and I was pretty excited about it. It was also my goal to not break up the pullups (met) and to at least get 5 pushups before resting (not met). I did ok on the first 8 or 9 rounds but then my arms wouldn't let me do more than 3 or 4 at a time. CRAZY! It's insane how your body fatigues. The squats felt really good, kind of a rest for me, that's when I had to catch my breath! Needless to say, excited about today's WOD and wanted to say THANK YOU to Jason. He always puts his heart and soul into coaching, and it pays off :)
Phill: we came up with a new nickname for you... LOL, I'll let Mandy share:) WOW, we were havin a good laugh!
OK, well I may not be in tomorrow, have to take one last testerooski, but I'll be in Saturday morning. Jason and Nat, don't get any crazy FOOD ideas... I really don't want to meet pukie:) Especially milk, EWWWWWWW! Ok, Novel ended... oh wait, Tills, nice work!

Jason made a wod up for me today. 100 deadlifts and 100 box jumps for time. Started with 95# and when the shoulder still felt good at 30 I jumped up to 115#. Definitely feeling it in the back by the time the DLs were done. 100 box jumps had my legs pretty smoked by the end. Time of 8:37. Alot better than I was expecting. Helps to have somebody pushing you. Thanks Jason, Mandy and Tessa. Thanks Jason for letting me come in a little late. Now I can spend the evening with the kids. Thanks again.
Tessa- Think about it. ;) See you Saturday afternoon (unless you wuss out).

Man, I really wanted to do cindy tonight! i just didn't get off work until after 6 tonight. well I guess that i'll just see you guys tomorrow!

Tessa- Don't think so but I figured if I throw that out there you'll die before wussing out. ;)I planned the morning schedule so that we should get the lecture and a quick field trip done by noon. That way we can get to burning right after lunch. Figured I would take you inside when I get things burning and you could go in with me and feel some heat, see some of the red stuff and see how it works. Then if you're up to it we'll let you fight the dragon. OOOO AAAHHHHH!
