Blake and I go to graveyards this new shift rotation, so we, I, wont be making all the morning classes like usual. Wondering if anyone else is interested in an earlier afternoon class, maybe 3 or 4?

First of all, that is an awesome intense picture of you! You're one bad mo fo! Next time just say "cheese" at the camera...(like Travis did the other day in the middle of his wod). Great pic...I love it.
Would the 5pm class work for you guys? We were going to cancel them due to not a lot of people came in at that time. We will keep it if it works for you two. Let me know.
Oh and p.s.....Blake and everyone in the picture are doing 100 reps for time of the movement they are on...tough!
Good day today :) I was dreading doing shoulder presses cause I'm not very good at them; so I was a little skeptical at first. Well, it all turned out great!
SP: 75-80-85-90-95(PR)-95-100(PR)
I was VERY surprised that I got 100#! I was hoping for at least 95# and was willing to just do my last one at that same weight but Nat told me to just go up! Now I'm glad I did! It was awesome to have so many trainers there this AM - Cody, Steve, Jason, and Nat! I had a good time watching them do their WODs too! I really wished that today had been the CFT because the most I did on SP ever in a CFT was 85#, and I was feelin strong today! After the SP, I decided to do some back squats too, like I did last week, to start getting my legs stronger. So I did 3 sets of 5 at 115#; then I'm gonna wait a couple days and go up in weight and do it again.
Well, Mandy and Robbie were there doing the SP with me and both did awesome! Nice work guys. By the sounds of it, this week is gonna be a good one... scary made up Jason WOD tomorrow, Afiliate Challenge Wednesday, another scary made up Jason WOD Thursday, and then who knows what for Friday (maybe rest day for me?), and then I'm sure another scary made up Jason and Nat combo WOD Saturday! It's gonna be a great week! See ya'll tomorrow!
Went in and did the WOD today! Don't remember orders of weights. But before my PR was 75#. And that is the most I could get today! I was really wanting 80#. grrrrr It was good to have all the trainers there this am! They are so funny and they kicked butt. I agree with Tessa this week is going to be a crazy one. Robbie and Tessa kicked some butt today. It was a good day at the gym. Tonight I am going to take some motrin and sit with ice on the neck. Aches a little when I turn my head to right. Oh well, Gotta Love Crossfit!!!
