Total today, went up in Deadlifts and Back aquats. Wasn't able to improve on Shoulder press, actually went down from 115 to 110. Finally got 300# on my Deadlift. That was cool. So a CF Total of 635 up 15 from last time. Mandy and Tessa did good, Mandy actually did awesome. Nice to meet Tessas sister. Not sure how you spell her name so i won't even attempt it. Nice job keeping down three bowls of cereal!

To be honest, I know it sounds dumb, but I was a bit disappointed with myself today. I went up in back squat, but since doing the DL and SP in the last week I've gone down. :( The good news however is that my total today was 15 higher than the last time; up to 445. I was just so bugged that I couldn't get the same weights I was getting last week on DL and SP. Oh well, something to shoot for. Will and Mandy did awesome on their totals. Congrats on the 300 DL Will!! Mandy... I'm tellin ya, WOW! NICE WORK! I brought my sis in, and it's Alissa :) She's been wantin to come in for a while since I talk about Crossfit ALL the time. She did great today for her first "real" WOD. She said she liked it and may even be back tomorrow night! I'll remind her NOT to eat 3 bowls of cereal beforehand! LOL, her little girl actually got sick last night so she was thinking that she wouldn't be able to come in, but I made her! (Thank goodness for a mom so close to watch the kiddies) Sorry sis! You'll thank me someday soon I'm sure. Cynthia and Jason's mom (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) did great today too! I'm glad to see your still comin! See ya'll tomorrow night.

It was a great day at the gym today. In October my points were 355. Today they were 410. 55 point jump. Woo-hoo!
Shoulder Press- 75, 80, 85(went up 10# on this)
Back Squats- 105, 115, 135 (on March 7th I only did the 115) 20# jump in less then 2 weeks.
Dead Lifts-175, 185, 190 No PR on this. I did try the 200#. Lifted it off the ground but did not get all the way up.
I am way excited. I know I am sure I get to excited and talk about it a lot. But this is a huge thing for me. Thanks Tessa and Will for your comments. You guys rocked it today to. I can't wait to see everyones else's CFT. And I heard Serjio did 300# dead lift. Wow!!! It was so nice to have all the new people there. I am so glad they came back and did not get scared off. You guys are going to love it!!! Hope to see everyone at 5:00p.m. tomorrow night.

Looks like everyone is seeing improvements, AWESOME!! I know how hard it is to see the gains sometimes and the CFT is one of my favorites. My total went up nearly 100 lbs from last time at 845. I was like you Tessa, my max in SP and DL were not at the highs I had a few weeks ago. Will my SP has only gone up 10 lbs from my all time high two years ago. It is difficult to increase that lift.
The biggest aspect I like is the all around improvement with very little "focused" excersizes.
The bottom line, I am seeing more improvement in a shorter time than any other program I have done and enjoying myself. At the risk of writing more than Tessa here's my new favorite quote

Impossible is NOT: a fact...It's an opinion
a declaration...It's a dare
Impossible is: a Potential
Temporary
NOTHING!!

Keep up the good work

Erick- 845! Very nice. I saw it on the board earlier but it didn't really click until just now that you were putting up some serious weight. 100 lbs increase is impressive any way you look at it. I like the quote, particularly the "It's a dare" part. Yeah you really don't want to be known for writing longer posts than Tessa. In the interest of letting her beat me at something I've started shortening my posts. ;)
