HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:

Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups


Brooke is one of our strongest girl's at the gym. She has such a great attitude and
brings a lot of energy to the gym. Keep it up girl!

Don't forget to wear green to the gym today........ :)

**Please note- There is only a 5pm class tonight, no 6pm class**

Did 30min and 13 rounds. For 10 of the rounds i did full on pullups. That's 50 pullups, i have never done more than 5, Erick just pushed me really hard. I also tore open both my hands. :D Now i am at home with my hands bandaged up with plenty of neosporin hoping they healup so i can do more pullups. lol

Make sure you wear green to the gym today.

that workout was killer! since it was only my second time i did ten minutes and in just over ten minutes i did five rounds. thanks steve and sara for keeping me going! sara you rocked!!!!

I've got green on three of my tats. So I just made sure the arm was showing and the leg always shows. So sorry to spoil your fun Dave. Did todays wod as rxd. Total rounds of 22 + 5 pullups,5 ring dips and 2 situps. I really owe it all to Tessa who pushed me the whole time. Ended up tying with her. On the other hand if I hadn't done that third rope climb before the wod started I probably could have edged her out. :) Thanks for the push Tessa. Next time slow down and we can both take a breather.
Alot of sweet scores from Mandy, Phil, Kevin, Brooke and Brett. Hope to see Brett in the gym again. Dave had us do the wod in two groups. It got me pretty pumped up watching Brett, Kevin and Phil get some! Awesome day in the gym. Garage door was open and the sun was coming in, it was sweeeet!
BIG THANKS to Katie for NOT blocking the oxygen from coming in. You know what I'm talking bout sister! And sorry for the other thing.

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! Did today's work out! ughhhh! It was a killer work out! My arms are shot. So I did Jumping pullups.(how Phill was teaching me) My ring dips I did from box. Learned forward, came up and lifted feet off box everytime. Then I did ab mat sit ups. So I did 20 rounds. Let me just tell you my butt crap is bleeding. It is probably the biggest butt split ever. If I could take a pic I would. Would'nt that be funny a pic posted of Tessa and my butt crack. (just the top part) Afterwards I had to shove toiletpaper between the butt cheeks.
Will and Tessa were fun to watch. Neither one of them wanted to let the other win. Kicked butt as always. I counted Phils rounds. I think he did a awesome job with his bummed out shoulder. I kept lookin over at Kevin. I am proud of him. He is coming a long way also. Brett it was so nice to meet you and you did awesome to. Keep coming back. Thanks for being there Dave, so we could have a 5:00 class. You rock!!!!

oh my gosh Mandy...too funny! Did you read your post after you wrote it? hahaha. "My butt crap is bleeding.." hahaha. I know what you're talking about though. The good ol' friction burns. Yikes!

No, I did not read it after I wrote it. lol I was cooking dinner at the same time. And I was trying to hurry and get my post in before 9:00. Oh my..... Butt crap. I have never had one this bad. Hopefully there is no situps this week. Because I don't hnonestly think I could do them.

As Will and Mandy posted... tonights WOD rocked! It was a ton of fun watching everyone and then getting scared out of my mind to do it. Same as Will, 22 rounds + 5 pull ups + 5 Ring dips + 2 situps (30 minutes). LOL, we were flyin, I'm not gonna lie... wish he would have slowed down so I could have taken a breather! Glad we tied cause I don't think I could have taken a loss... LOL. Like Mandy my butt is nice and RUBBED OFF!! OUCH! Well, everyone did AWESOME, Kevin, Phill, Brett, and Brooke. Strong work everyone! I'm stoked/scared for tomorrows WOD! Hope to see you there! :)
