Nice pic Clutch. I gotta hear the story behind that name next time I see you bro. In case anybody missed it in my earlier posts, I'm pretty cool. Yeah I never get tired of pointing that out.
today was my first day and it was so fun! it has been just over an hour and i am already sore BUT i have so much energy! thanks natalie and jason!
Everyone did great today on the "Dirty Thirty". Phill and Blake did great as always. We even had all the new people do it too....Vicki, Christina, Brett and Sarah. Nice work everyone! Sarah busted out all 30 reps too (we're going to have to watch that girl) (: lol
A big welcome to Christina! So glad you posted! I know you're sore but keep stretching and doing some squats at home until we see you again next week. You did AWESOME today on your first day...you're going to be great!
