Please post if you are interested in coming in on Thursday. Most people take a rest day, so we are seeing if there is enough interest, if so we will try to get an am and pm class arranged. Let me know!

I'm new but wanted to say "hello" and that I'm having a lot of fun at CrossFit so far. Even despite the post-Saturday workout hurl and amazing soreness. Hahaha. It's great to watch all of you doing the full workouts. Inspires me to get to a point where things don't have to be scaled. I know I'm not thinner yet, but I feel like I am. And I already notice my daily energy levels going up.

Thanks to everyone for the "welcome" ... see a few of you Friday.

Welcome Brett! So glad you posted. It's crazy how fast you start to feel the effects of Crossfit training- more energized, stronger, and 'tight'. Just wait...it only get's better!

Heyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! :) Loved tonights WOD, My abs are starting to kill from practicing those GHD yesterday. Wow! Excuse any typeo's. I am trying to watch Twilight at the same time I am typing. HA! Did 1000m row. 50 Thrusters 35#, and 30 gray band pullups. Time:14:01 This was my first time doing Jackie! We had such a good group tonight. Blake, Phill, Kevin, Brooke, Tessa, and I. Then Kevin brought a friend named Deseria(spelling). she rocked it her first night! She was doing full on push ups. And gray band pullups like they were nothing. And she already has a awesome squat! Hope she keeps coming. Everyone rocked it tonight. And sooooooooooo many laughs.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYY! (LOL)
WOW is about all I can say about today's WOD. By the time I got to like 300 M on the row my legs were killing! Everyone was pushin me, so thanks a lot, it really kept me going :) The row is really hard on my legs, it's also hard for me to keep my breathing under control - gotta work on it I guess. Then going to thrusters!? WHA!! Jackie is just mean! Us girls did the thrusters at 35#, and boy am I glad! By the time I got to the PU I seriously felt like I was gonna hurl, I think it's on the PU cause I have to hold my breath when I go up over the bar?? Issues! Time: 11:48. Legs: DEAD! Anyhow, tough WOD. Everyone did GREAT!
Nice to meet Desiree, WE HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN! I can see you kickin some serious trash here pretty quick! Strong work! :)
Well, I'm sad tomorrow is posted as a rest day cause I can't make it in Friday (we'll see) or Saturday. :( So I guess I'll see ya'll Monday!

Great classes today. We had a lot of fun with Jackie and it worked out with just one rower. Everyone did really well.

Anyone that is getting really serious about the zone and found a scale at wal-mart that is about five dollars and will work just fine for what you need. That is a food scale not one for your bodyweight.

Keep up the good work. We have a lot of really great people that come to our gym and all the new people are really high quality too. This summer will be a lot of fun.

Sarah did "Jackie" tonight too and she did awesome! That girl can row! Great job Sarah! You're a natural Crossfitter. :)

Cynthia, Mike and Vicki did awesome on the wod today too. Sore legs and all you came in and worked hard. Awesome!

Strong work everyone. Isn't "Jackie" just a bear? Geez.. from rowing to thrusters was not fun. The pull ups weren't fun either. .Yikes. Rx (45#) 12:45.
