Brooke, Tessa, Erick and Phill getting crazy with "Glazed Fran". Having to eat a doughnut between each round if you lost was the best motivater we have used! Nice work!

Well, went in this morning wanting to do a good ab workout... decided to do "Annie" again (Will and Nat you know why :) It was a mess right from the beginning - 9:12 rx. So I warmed up with some double unders just to get my rhythm, thought I was ready to go... not so... the first round REALLY screwed me; my shoe came untied (twice), and I was only getting like 5 in a row... geeze, so the first round alone took me over 3 minutes. BOO! Anyhow, I'll have to be doing this one again soon to get that time down... I'm sure you (Nat and Will) are happy. LOL. My abs are shot, my legs are shot, my arms are shot... Jason had me do the warm up and then do 3 sets of 5 shoulder press, 65#, 75#, and then 80# which is kinda cool, cause I don't really like them (a goat for sure), and I was looking back in my book and my max on SP when I started Crossfit was 65#, and now I'm doing 80# 5 times! It's awesome... so I'm just shot! Ha, I love Crossfit. I MIGHT see you tomorrow night, ? but for sure Monday morning! Have a good weekend all! Thanks again for comin in this morning Jason!

Tessa- Did you do real sit ups or the Tessa style assisted situps? ;) I was trying to think of a good wod to do since I don't have a rower at the station to do Jackie, I think thats the name of the one you all did yesterday. Sounds like Annie is a good choice. Now I have something to shoot for. I don't remember what I got on that last time but 9:12 with all of the "problems" :) you had still sounds faster than what I got.

Sarah and Tessa came in today. They both did awesome. Tessa, everything has to be going right for you or anyone to cut that time down on Annie don't be discouraged. You did great.

Sarah did awesome she has such a great attitude and really wants to work hard. If anything we have to hold her back from working too hard. Sarah you are a great new addition to the gym.

Ok...before Steve "tells" on me I have a confession to make. Today at work I was really hungry and made a great Zone salad in the cafeteria, then I was tempted by the apple pie with caramel on it..so I gave in and got the pie. So as I'm walking down the hospital hallway feeling all guilty about the pie, Steve just happens to walk by...I tried to hide my tray but he saw my pie and busted me. He said he was going to post on the blog and call me out! I seriously felt so guilty, like a kid caught in the cookie jar! OKAAAAAAAAY! I ATE IT!!! How pathetic am I that I care????
But just so you all know...I only ate 4 bites because I felt so guilty. Thanks Steve for ruining my pie splurge. ;) lol

Natalie you are a better Crossfitter than I am. I'm eating my second HUGE brownie right now and I don't feel guilty at all. :)
Did Annie today since Tessa gave me something to shoot for. All the GHD situps and practicing my double unders paid off I think. Time of 7:49. Don't remember what my last time was but pretty sure it was higher than that. Most DU's were in sets of 20 to 30 at a time. Alot better than my old 1-5 at a time.
