GO Cynthia!! That is a awesome pic of you. You rock girl!!!!!
Bummer about no class tonight. But on a good note, I am going to do a WOD here at work with Will. So that will be exciting. Not sure what we are going to do.... so that could be a little scary. I will post tonight what we end up doing.
Yesterday I went to the fire station and watch them put up rings. They decided to today a kick butt work out. I think it is one we should do at the gym. I was sad I was not dressed right to work out. Jason remind me to tell you about it. I think it is one you would be all for.
As far as the zone I have been half way doing it. But I love the note on today's blog. Kind of got me motivated. So starting tomorrow I will hit it harder. Today I already had a pepsi. Because it feels good going down my sore throat.
Hope to see everyone posting soon. I think I am starting to feel like I am posting to my self. (and Natalie) lol See everyone tomorrow.

Mandy I can always count on you to post! :) Thanks girl! Cynthia you look pretty tough in that pic...awesome!
If you're not starting the Zone today...at least get off the SUGAR! That will make a big difference. That means diet soda too everyone (sorry). It make take a few days of sugar withdrawals, but it's worth it. Sugar is very addicting and messes with your insulin levels and hormones more than you know. You can do it.

Okay so at work I did the WOD of the day with Will. Can I say my arms are shot!!! I did jumping pullups because there was not a band there. And I did 65# push jerks. Not sure what I normally do them at because I did not have any of the information with me. Time was 9:48. Will kicked some butt there to. I got to go out with him afterwards and watch him PT the guys. They were doing their last PT test for the season. I got to keep track of time and write them down. Can I just say the little bit of time I had to meet these guys was the coolest thing ever. It was so awesome to see their scores from when they first started to now. The differences was amazing. I even got a little teary eyed to see the happiness on their face to know the accomplished something. I know exactly how they feel. Crossfit is the best thing ever. And me seeing their scores showed it even more. Crossfit Rules!!

OK, so this how it went down today... I went this morning and worked with Dave. I did 3 rounds jumping pull ups 20 each time then went to the rings to finish Did all 100. I did all rounds of push jerks as well, Started with 45 ended with 35, I was a little in pain today but I wanted to finish. My time was 15min something. I can lay off the sugar no problem but My Coke zero Come on. People.... I agree with Mandy I felt like I had dead arms all day...

I did the WOD with 115 # and did it at the rec center. I got a hey dude can you spot me in the middle of it and the pull-up bar sucks there, Dave back me up on that one. So I got a time of 10:16. I like our gym soooo much better.

Oh and by the way just got back from a house fire. I love it.
