We are trying to get a class for tomorrow night. Would anyone be interested in a 7pm class???? Please comment.

I have the night off, but I know, Phill and "Cpl. Mckown" could use a night class, because of them working graveyards tonight.

Sorry, I mean would anyone be interested in a 7 pm class for TUESDAY night. There is a 5pm and 6pm class for Monday night.

I got to do today's wod with Blake as Jason coached us. WOW! It was a good one. Blake did awesome, 95# = 8:24. I used 65#= 9:27. Let's just say....we were both on the ground after the wod.

Rockey, Erick, Aaron, Sergio, Matt and Angie...nice work this am too! I saw you all on the board and you all worked hard. Angie...you beat Matt! Whoohoo! :)

Hey....where is Sarah, Cynthia, Marty and Brett??????????

I got 8:24 but I kind of started late because I didn't hear the 3,2,1, go at first, so that is a couple of seconds. I also had to walk farther than Phill from my barbell to the GHD machine, add seconds there. So pretty much my real time is probably 8:10.

Man who made this WOD up. Did anyone else want to stop after the first round. I seriously almost quit. By the third round I just wanted the pain to end. I am also not very smart for doing 135. Oh the pain it inflicted, headache, nausea, dizziness. This WOD brought me very close to how I feel after I do Fran.

Oh by the way everyone did really great today. You all felt the same way I did, I know because I saw you. It is nice to suffer with everyone.
