Julia that doesn't count as a squat. You have be standing upright and then bend your knees.

These are some funny post today. I actually really loved todays work out. It was a killer. I did the 26# kettle bell. My time was 16:04. Then after I was done I did a 1k row. Time on that was 5:15. A little longer then yesterdays, but todays work out was much harder. I want to try to get in a 1 k after each work out even if it is at slower pace. I want to really work on toning my legs more. Will made me drink some protein and milk. I gagged it down. ughhhh!! It was so awesome to watch everyone do the work out. They all did great and pushed really hard. Way to go everyone!!! Woop Woop!!!
