With a continuously running clock, do one Clean and Jerk the first minute, two the second minute, 3 the third minute......until unable to finish the reps.

Sorry for the late post everyone. I just got back from doing today's wod (KB swings and situps) and I am still in a semi-coma from it. I used 1 pood KB and ab-mat situps, Time: 12:42. Dang! I really wanted to beat Jason's time. That 1 pood is heavy! That wod kicked my trash. Loved it. :)

If today's wod (clean and jerks with running clock) doesn't make sense, Erick and Cody will explain it to you at the gym. It's a good one!
