Jason and my wod today....Skate around classic roller-skating rink as many times as possible in 2 hrs, while trying look as cool as you did when you did it in Jr. High. Awesome. I think we would have performed better if we didn't eat the pizza and 2 birthday cupcakes. :)
It was crazy! We split up into two teams of 4 and rotated between 3 stations. We had to race to 15 doing the following: back extensions, front presses (i think that is what its called) and kb swings. You did one rep each, then two reps, then three all the way up to 15 reps of each station. It was a great wod. My shoulders are still sore from yesterday's wod.
Sounds like your wod was funner :) I remember going skating every Friday after school was out, those were the days.
This was a super fun WOD. Good job coming up with this one Cody. Like Jennifer said the girls did 25# push presses and 18# kb. At first I was like can we up the weight on the push press its to easy. I am glad erick convinced me to stay at 25#. When you are going so fast your arms feel like they are going to fall off. Everyone ROCKED this! Go vikings!! After we were done, a group of us went over to the local Starbucks and celebrated with alot of calories. Yummy! And Starbucks was so nice and let us hang flyers in there. Woop! Woop! It was a good day.
