I thought this might be a WOD that was too easy. Wrong. It doesn't take your wind but it really fatigues your arms. Five rope accents is tough. Head to floor handstand push ups is tough too.

I did yesterday's wod- 10 rds of 5 HSPU and 10 abmat situps- 8:39. Good one.
We're expecting a big class tonight. Come get some!

the rope ascents were killer and I had to modify my HSPU's. The last time my inner thighs were this raw was during a mud run on the beach. you know when the sand gets between your skin and clothes. Yea, I am not a big fan of the rope climb anymore. Upper body WOD's still kicking my but. thanks Jason

How late is everyone planning on being there for the BBQ. I can make it for an evening event but will be tied up until about 1730.

Todays wod as rxd although some of my HSPU were probably a little iffy on the last round for full ROM. My arms are hammered. 15 Rope ascents was as much fun as a barrel full of rabid pissed off spider monkeys with a bad case of roids. Time of 15:11

Phill and Blake...are you on day shift Saturday? Can you make it to BBQ? Erick...just head over at 1730 Im sure we will all still be there. Make sure Cami and kids come too. BTW- Cami was that your name on the board this am? WHoo hoo! Welcome back! :) I hope to see you there more often.

Jennifer...good to see you posting! We hear you have been doing great in the mornings with Erick. So glad you guys are liking it. Just wait..it gets even better. :) Maybe I will meet you two Saturday am. Sounds like you need a rest day. Take a day off then come back and hit it hard again.

Did the WOD today. Modified my hand stand pushup to doing them off the box. I thought that was the hardest part. But it was a fun and awesome work out. Time was 9:01
After that I did a 1k row. 4:33 Took 30 seconds off of it from the other day. Can't wait to see what tomorrows work out is going to be. Woop!! Woop!! Sarah!!!!! I am so happy I got to see you. You are still a crossfit Prego BAD A**. You inspire me. Brett it was great to see you, sorry could not stay and cheer you on. Kids had scouts! Phill and Blake did great to as usual. Brooke you are looking good and can tell you are losing weight. Matt and Angie are looking stonger and stronger. Melanie did awesome tonight too. Lucky her, she is leaving for a vacation tomorrow. Will you kicked some butt. It was really cool to watch you and how hard you were pushing yourself. Jason thanks for being there. It was a great night and alot of people. Gotta Love crossfit!!! Dez I hope to see you there tomorrow night you are rocking it. Woop Woop!!

Holy shiz! After today's WOD, if I don't sit perfectly straight, my abs start seizing up! But I'm addicted to the pain! I love CrossFit! I wish I hadn't been so scared to try it! -kate
