10 rounds for time:
5 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups

**Today's class times: 0600, 0730, 0930, and 1030 am**
Sorry, no night classes tonight but you can do this wod at home!

Looking lean and mean Rockey!
Since starting Crossfit last September, Rockey has lost 100# and his body fat is down to 20%.
That's amazing Rockey! You are a true example of what hard work and good eating habits can do for you. It's not always easy, but it's worth it. Just ask Rockey!

For those of you doing this wod at home...if you have solid push ups, then do handstand push ups. Push yourselves!
See some of you tomorrow at 0930 and 1030! Have fun with Erick in the early classes all you new ladies (and gents too) :)

Looks like a lot of people were in this am for the early classes...nice work everyone! Thanks for being there Erick. Andrew came in for the 0930 class, it was his first CF wod in a long time. He did all 10 rounds. Great job Andrew. (I think he is going to be sore tomorrow...:) )

I did "Grace" this am with 65# =2:39
I don't think I've ever done Grace before, it's a good one. Next time I will use more weight, even though 65# felt pretty good.

I reserved a pavillion (small blue pavillion) at Scera park at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Pot luck BYOM etc. I have no idea who's coming or how many. I would love to play some ultimate frisbee, if anyone is up for a game. Would love to see any or all of you.

Thanks!

Okay I did todays WOD at Mels house. I told my self I was going to do all normal pushups and no knees. And I did it. My situps were butterfly ones without a ab mat.(sucked) So my abs were burning bad. Anyway time of 7:46. No resting. I am happy that I did my full workout with no rest and all normal pushups. wooo hooo!! Great job everyone who did it. I wished after hearing what Will did for their work out I would have done that one. Looking forward to Saturday. :)

Todays wod, guys at the station wanted a little more so we added 15 squats into each round. Couple of us subbed HSPU for the regular push ups. Time of 14:13. Pretty slow compared to all the times posted today. Makes me feel weak.

Jason said...

that is not a slow time when you are doing head to the floor handstand push-ups. That will slow you way down.

I did it in 15:48

Without the squats

Valid point Jason. I'm pretty sure you did full ROM HSPU so nice time. I was going down to a pad about abmat width. Not having to go down that extra inch or so at the bottom makes a huge difference. Nice to be getting the shoulder strong enough to even be doing them again. Sitting here thinking and I might have been at 15:13. Your time has me doubting mine now. lol
