We did some spring cleaning over the weekend and the gym looks great. Please help us keep the gym clean by:
-Wipe your feet upon entering the gym, especially after returning from the bathroom. This really helps keep the dust off the mats.
-We love your sweat angels, but please wipe them down afterward. Nobody wants to do a nose to the ground push-up on someone else's body sweat :)
-Use only a small amount of chalk. A little goes a long way. Ask one of the trainer's to show you how to use the chalk correctly. You really only need one swipe across your palm where the bar will lay.
-Bring a water bottle from home that you can refill with our water. Cups with names on them will not be saved.

Mandy, are you sore from Saturday? If so you are gonna love this one! Kate and Jennifer came back this morning and they did awesome. I finally met Paula and she is a hoot. They all did great with times of less than 4 minutes. I think tomorrow I will walk them through a modified Cindy.

For those who haven't met them, Kate and Jennifer are new to Crossfit. They will be there for the 6 am class.

Anyone up for a game of Ultimate frisbee on Saturday? I would love to have a BBQ and play in the sun. I'll find a pavillion and field to play it. Time and place to folloe if anyone is interested.

Steve that would be alot of fun. We should totally do that. I am pretty sure we have nothing going on.
Did todays WOD....... It was a good one. I did 65# and time was 4:53. Jason really pushed me through this one. I thought by the time I was done I would not be able to get anymore over my head. But I did, thanks to him pushing me through it. This was my first time doing "Grace". Then after I did a 1K row. Did it in 5:03. Beat my last time by 18 seconds. Then I ended up trying to do knees to elbows. Jason said make sure knees touch elbows. (usually I do knees to waist) I did knees to elbow. WOO HOO!!! Gotta love Crossfit!! It was a good day. We had good groups tonight. It was cool to have Blake(k-9) and Phils(Swat) wife there. They did sooooo good. Looking forward to working out with them. I think it was a good night for everyone. Go Vikings!!!!!

Did the WOD as rx'd in 5:21 this evening. Sorry i was unable to make the 6am class this morning Erick the wife was not well but you will see me bright and early the rest of the week. :D

Grace today with 115#. Two minutes slower than last time. Got done and knew I didn't give it all I had. Filling a shift with a different crew than mine so was doing it on my own. Some days it can be hard to push myself when I'm on my own. Guess this was one of them. Good thing there's always tomorrow.

Everyone did awesome tonight. Their times were very good and the intensity was high. Blake beat his last time doing 40# more weight 4:07. Phill was right behind him. Rockey did it for the first time and did really well. Melanie and Mandy pushed really hard and got a great time.

Dez and Jessica came in tonight and they did push presses and sumo deadlift high pulls. They did 4 rounds 7 and 12. They really did well.

Thanks everyone for staying around after when I did the WOD it really pushes you to go harder when people are watching.
