ok, hands really hurt from gripping the bar. They are still throbing an hour later, yikes! But it was a good wod. I'm looking forward to my rest day tomorrow :)Have a great day everyone!

(answer to question from yesterday) Natalie, my arms were killing from Murph. So I had a hard time with this WOD. I ended up only doing 100#. (It was a PR) I tried going up more but just did not get underneath it. Oh well next time. :) It was fun watching Will, Blake, Phill, Brooke , and Erick do Murph. They all really pushed hard. Blake and his headphones gave us a pretty good laugh. Matt, Angie, Dez, Kevin, and I did the cleans. Everyone rocked it! Thanks Cody for staying after with Will and I to work on the zone. I will be there tomorrow to get tickets. Todays WOD looks like a fun one. eeek Whats that weight? Oh yeah, Sarah came in last night and did the Murph WOD also. Go pregno sexy girl! She went through it fast. Anyway see everyone at the gym tonight. Time for some dead arms. lol Oh and welcome Julio and Kevin2. Glad you guys came in last night. Keep coming back. :) You guys did great.

"Sinthia" did awesome on today's wod this am. I'm so glad you came in girl, keep it up and I will give you a wod to do tomorrow since you can't make it in to the gym.
Jason and I did today's wod too. Geezzz..it took a lot longer than I thought it would. My arms were burning! My time- 14:something and Jason got 11:something. I loved the upper body wod though. Hope you all had fun tonight, post and tell me all about it. :)
Okay here is the list of people who were there that you wanted Natalie. Since there were so many people there should be lots of post.(hint hint peoples) Kevin, Lindsey, Sarah, Jessica, Matt, Angie, Jessica, Melanie, Will, and me. So Post peeps. Everyone I thought did great on this WOD. Sarah, wow you came in and amazed me once again. I wish I would have had this when I was pregno. You go girl!
So Natalie I had to do what you did. eeek! So I did the knees to elbows and 45# shoulder presses. My arms and abs were on fire. My arms are even so tired to even type. lol My time was a little bit under 2 minutes from yours. Time:16:55. Although I liked the ten minute time Jessica put up on the board for me. hee hee
Lindsey soooo glad you came. Come back tomorrow night. You did great!
I let my oldest boy try it. He kicked some butt. He wants to do wrestling again so thought we would get him to try this. He is a strong boy.
Anyway see everyone tomorrow night. Friday is going to be my rest day. So Saturday I can go work out and go to the firemans breakfast at Codys station. If anyone wants to go I am going to go buy tickets after the work out tomorrow night. Cody will be at the station so we can purchase them from him. $5.00 a piece.
That is awesome so many people came in tonight. I did the WOD this morning and it really burned my arms and my grip. I did it with 65#. It was funny because I had Phill do it with 65 also and he looked at me like give me a break. Too light. Well into about 10 shoulder presses in the second round I could tell it wasn't too light. It was fun hope I can meet some of the new people soon. I will be training Friday.
Fun WOD you guys...shoulders are still twitchin' 4 hours later. was gonna use 95# til I ran the numbers...went with 75#. Took me 12 & change,but it was fun-THANKS!
